With the advent of the crisis, organisations are going through a turmoil. Even a minuscule investment is getting calibrated against the kind of ROI it can provide. The phenomenon is department agnostic. Each function wants to cut down the cost and achieve maximum for the investment put inn.
Ideally, crisis or no crisis, every move by each function (and ultimately by each member of that function) should always have a thought process in line with the organisation’s objective.

In my opinion it’s ‘ENTREPRENEUR MINDSET’.
Organisations strive continuously to make their employees thorough professionals. However endeavor should be to make them good entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurship is all about having an accountability, taking responsibility and being visionary in everything we do.
The Entrepreneur Mindset is a culture thing and must flow from top to bottom & should become a part of the muscle memory for all the employees of an organisation.
Ultimately, one, who has the power to influence and impact many lives is none other than an ENTREPRENEUR !
