Very rarely talked and discussed. But, listening is something which forms the foundation for effective communication. The more you listen, the more you get closure to the core problem and eventually helps you to formulate the solution. In fact, empathetic listening is what all leaders should practice and demonstrate irrespective of the domain they are in.
