What a delightful read this is. Complete deep dive into an organization’s capability to churn out outstanding results year after year. The most noteworthy part of the book is the way HUL has institutionalise change on account of strong consumer insights.

Three biggest takeaways for me would be –

  • Significance of sharply defining a problem
  • Granular approach while finding a solution
  • Lastly, eminent leadership is all about being connected with ground realities.
